as we've discussed previously, the role of CEO at Anti Software Software Club is determined by the extremely scientific metric of "whose baseball team does worst."

i have, up to this point, been an Oakland Athletics fan (officially, and until the 2023 season personally but i was mad at them last year) which means i've been CEO for the past few years with no real competition. with their relocation to Las Vegas, i have switched my formal and personal allegiance to the PHILADELPHIA PHILLIES OF PHILADELPHIA. this is because, despite moving to boston, i don't really care about the red sox.

the good news is there's gonna be some phillies games at fenway this year so i can actually go see BASEBALL again. what a time to be alive. if all goes well, 2024 will be my last year as CEO.
