on 10 May, after two weeks of the pro-Palestinian encampment on the University of Pennsylvania's College Green, the administration had the cops clear out the protestors from the area and arrest a number of them. shortly afterwards, the entire College Green was fenced off indefinitely; there was no one behind the fence the next day except for this cop car.
