Honestly? I think this might be where I shine! I know basics of metal and wood fabrication, have watched tons of how its made, and love building things. I don't know if I could manage a full modern sanitation system, but I could probably get to black/grey water settling ponds and at least attempt to line properly to prevent ground water contamination.
