the worst part of being on this nocturnal cycle for work isn't the lack of sleep. i used to do 12 hour days on 4 hours before i had these two here who kicked me into a normal sleep cycle. it's just that. i miss them. a whole night without seeing them, saying hi, cuddled up close to them. im just alone. then ill sleep mostly alone, then ill go to work for three nights, with only the barest glimpse.
everything else i can deal. that's what sucks.
