I think this weekend is going to be a spaghetti weekend since I'll be alone and I do really work on this red sauce I want to try making.
Got myself from red cooking wine for deglazing my pot once I get to that point and going to see how what that does to the flavor. BE my first time trying it so going to be fun.

I already have all the stuff. I've got two cans of San Marzano tomatoes, tomato paste, onion, garlic, and some fairly good beef to cook up too
