I have been posting on cohost for I guess over a week now, a couple of music shares here and there, but I feel I should maybe properly introduce myself and speak a little on my work and the kinds of things I do.

On cohost I am a skeleton, but I'm known in more circles as Pavera, and I suppose my most prominent role is as a level designer in the Doom community. I've been involved with a handful of higher profile projects, such as Back to Saturn X (E1), Doom 2 the Way id Did, and The Adventures of Square.

Most recently, I was one of the creators of Syringe in 2019, and I created Arrival in 2021. Both wads received Cacowards in their respective years and are now featured on Bethesda's Unity port of Doom as official add-ons, a fact I couldn't be more proud of.

I am currently (very slowly) working on a follow-up to Arrival, which I will hopefully have done before the end of the decade (hopefully sooner ;D).

In the last year or so, I've also begun dabbling in recording music. I've been a guitar player for most of my life, but I only decided to start trying to actually write and record music recently. I've since released a couple of things on my bandcamp, mostly running the gamut of 'post' styles (hardcore, metal, punk). I intend to keep at it, as it's become one of my favorite pastimes.

Anyway, that's about it. I have included a link here to an album of screenshots from a bunch of levels I've worked on over the years, just to showcase some of my works. Hopefully I will be adding more to it in the coming months!

And if you are interested in checking out some of my recordings, my bandcamp link can be found in my sidebar. I always try to boost other musicians as well, so please feel free to say hi to me and share your own work! I love listening to other people's stuff, and I love passing it along to my friends ;)

I am really looking to connect with other designers, artists, and musicians on here so I can see and appreciate their works and share them, so I hope very much to find my circle here!

This really seems like the place to be. Just since last night, i've been introduced to dozens of new pages to follow. The response has been so warm, i really appreciate it!

Thanks for all the reshares and helping me get a little more connected on this platform. I'm excited to share more of my works with everyone AND discovering all your cool stuff too!
