ended up at the gym and in the gym i did week 1 day 1 of couch to 5k again. ended up finishing it with gas to spare which is a first, i've never actually completed that run before at all. very nice... lifting is making my cardio better and i'm sure the reverse is also true

moving sucks and part of the reason it sucks is bc i get so tired so fast! building my strength has never proven too much of a challenge for me but building my endurance is something that requires more discipline and generally ways to work around having a lack of motivation to go through with
