machine shoulder press 3 x 12 @ 60

gtg: AMRAP @ 3 (ok i forgot to do these until after i had blasted myself a bit so i only got 3)

floor reset skullcrusher 3 x 6 @ 40

bent over cable pec fly 3 x 12 @ 50

dumbbell raises (mid delt) 3 x 20 @ 6

plate front raise 2 x 15 @ 25

diamond push up 1 x AMRAP @ 7

not a lot to say about today. tried for the triple digit incline press, didn't quite make it through the entire set. forgot to grease the pull-up groove until after my shoulders were tired, and my wrist has been feeling weird for the last two days but thankfully that hasn't gotten in the way of any lifts so far. definitely getting that 100 lb incline press next push day #1.
