has anyone felt heatstroke-like symptoms from working out too hard? asking for a friend-- my own self
i talked to a weightlifting friend and he says that it's likely a bout of low blood pressure, brought on by extreme overexertion stemming from me jumping straight back into my grueling powerlifter schedule after not doing basically ANY physical activity for months, having not eaten for 5 hours, and also not being ultra hydrated. the symptoms do match up, i have to admit.
