take it from your pal ivy: if your workout program is a grueling, 75% duty cycle (that is, 3 days of work, 1 day of rest, wash rinse repeat) weightlifting climb like mine, and then you have a 2 month hiatus for some reason, you should ease back into it over the course of a month or so
