Hey chosters, we're hiring for a bunch of positions (please check them out if you work in games), but I wanted to call out the Senior Gameplay Engineer role we just posted in case you (or someone you know) fits that description and are looking for work. This is a recent opening we want to fill ASAP.

We are a great team (I am biased), making a very cool, challenging game (still biased), and I can definitely vouch that the designers they'd be working with, including myself, are fantastic (totally unbiased). Fully remote, unlimited pto, international friendly, great company culture, excellent work/life balance.

I'd say DM me if you have specific questions you want to clarify before applying, but you'll have to find my email (or DM me on the bird site).

Hello all! I've started a jam for videogame reviews on Itch. The premise: create a videogame review that isn't quite a videogame review, by any means available. Is it possible to brew a videogame review, for instance? How about a review that doesn't explicitly discuss the videogame in question, or a review that doubles as a piece of executable code? Could one devise a scoring system that intersects with sacred number theory? What about reviews as dance productions, or semaphore? Only you can answer these vital questions.

The jam runs till midnight 31st January UK time. More details over on the Itch page: https://itch.io/jam/reviewjam-2023
