It's COLD in my neck of the woods so that means it's time to bake and use the oven! The no-knead bread turned out nice, and I was glad to finally get a chance to make a ton of peanut butter blossoms.

I'm very happy with tonight's homemade pizza result. It tasted great and the crust was the perfect texture. Next time, however, I will make sure to use the whole-milk mozzarella shreds instead of low moisture. The flavor difference is pretty noticeable. Still tasty, but could have been even better.
