πŸ”ž I say lots of heck words and post questionable smut. Stick around if that's your thing, but if you're below legal age to view such things in your jurisdiction, kindly go someplace else.

You are probably thinking of "Western Tea" which falls under the "Indian Tea" style subcategory most of the time being either CTC "black" or an ok-ish grade of "red tea" (called black tea in Western tea culture). Usually stronger things like Assam and the like brewed with lots of water and very little leaf.

Asian tea culture has two real styles. Those are "Chinese Tea" which is all the various post-harvest processing methods developed in China, and "Japanese Tea" which held on to powdered tea preparation and added steam processing of leaves just after harvest to keep a fresher vegital flavor. Also Japanese methods include specific growing methods like shading the plants to develop certain flavors which isn't really seen in Chinese growing methods.

But I could literally go on forever about this and it's easier if you just told me things you like in flavor profiles and I could point you in the right direction.

thiiiiis- people will drink one tea and decide that's the whole category. grew up in the southeastern US where people always meant "iced (probably sugary) tea" and it took until our 20s to realize wnat we dislike is just hot drinks chilled, tea or coffee.
