that is a really good question. i calling my nieces/nephews my nibblings. not sure that can translate up tho.
...well, 'nibble' would be knabbern, so 'knabbchen' might be the closest one could get to niblet? Hm. Hmmm. This merits deep consideration.
A quick search suggests 'Pibling' (as in a parent's sibling) or 'Auncle'. Anyway, congrats!
