You're getting interviewed as an expert on live cable news in a developing story. Given your line of work/expertise, what is the worst catastrophe that could currently be occurring?

Given my expertise? WWII is happening. Again, somehow. That would be the worst catastrophe imaginable.

Given my line of work, though, I can't imagine I'd make it on to cable news at all. I'd certainly hope not. The interview would almost definitely be taking place on YouTube, titled "Games Workshop RUINED" and it's forty frantic minutes of some guy with a curly, unkempt lockdown beard that nobody's had the heart to tell him to shave for three years yelling about how DEI and agendas and the woke mob are destroying Warhammer or some damn thing, absolutely not looking at the graph which shows GW has its hand so deep into customers' arseholes they may as well be Muppets, and they're currently printing money for His Majesty's Treasury. My place in this interview would be very short, shockingly loud, breathtakingly violent, and instantly demonetized.

The Factorio 2.0 release has been cancelled and fans are rioting. (I'm just a player, not a game dev, but sometimes live cable news has to take whoever's on the scene.)

Or my actual job as a sound tech - some festival speaker system is feeding back extremely loudly and instead of taking two seconds to fix it I'm being pulled aside for an interview (that nobody can hear because of feedback.) Tens of people could have mild tinnitus for an hour!
