It was a Project, for sure, but turned out really well. Nice sometimes to put a lot of time into a dish, especially one that is hard to get locally.

Ohh that looks good, but also looks undercooked. I know it's not, just for some reason where I live every chicago deep dish pizza has a dark brown rock hard crust. That looks much more delectable.
