i watched guess who's coming to dinner yesterday 'cause it's probably the most relevant movie to watch on thanksgiving despite not being a thanksgiving movie..... sidney poitier was such an incredible actor!!! like normally i'm not at all good at picking up on when someone is really good at acting in a movie as opposed to like, pretty good, but his performance was fucking stellar in that one
