Crypt Worlds Gold just dropped, the Gold version of the original Crypt Worlds. There's no comparison... it's Gold, so... features new improvements such as resolution menu, golden toilet event, access to forthcoming essays on the development of the game etc.
Lilith has been making some of my favourite games for over a decade now and most of them are free or PWYW, so as influential as those games have been on many of the other weird altgames that followed they've never really been renumerated for much of it. Their partner and co-dev Zoe writes in a note featured on the page abt landlord harassment, lack of access to meds etc. times are tough for everyone but if you are interested in these kinds of videogames or have thought "wow.. Low Poly.. Very Cool" at any time in the past decade then consider ceding income to the golden toilet of dreams ($6.66) 🙏
lilith zone is a former IGF nuovo winner and frankly it kills me on a personal level knowing how many nuovo winners over the years have been and still are living in poverty - if you have even the slightest interest in supporting cool weird games from people who are contributing stuff to the scene that could not, never would exist otherwise, this is a really great opportunity to do it.
