they're in the shadow DOM of the img tag, so if you enable viewing that in the inspector you can just turn off the rule that makes them transparent
is this some css thing or svg or... i'm confused by a bunch of stuff i see here
this is a feature of Safari, the web browser; it automatically OCRs text in images so you can copy/search it, and in this post I’ve overridden the CSS to force the text to display, and then posted a screenshot of that result
