Agreed that the "o" in the logo should be page 1, and yeah my first thought on seeing this image was "HOLY SHIT I FORGOT GOOGLE USED TO DO THAT, I HATE THE STERILIZATION OF THE INTERNET BECAUSE THAT WAS SUCH A COOL THING"
(also, per Cohost's chaotic gremlin vibes, the "o" in "host" should be one of the pages as well, but still separated by the "h", just to fuck with people; or maybe have it be a toggle for the sake of people who really don't want that little bit of chaos added)
okay as much as i hate google i like how they kept that. god i really thought that google removed it
ok apparently doomscrolling is a thing on google but its the 2nd entry on search settings. and apparently it was turned on even though it wasnt? 
When I toggle the setting all I get is this nonsense, sadly:
And hitting that just expands the results as if I'd scrolled down with continuous scrolling
can confirm that I also just get the "More results" thing, do you happen to have some scripts disabled or something maybe?
yeah it was just easier in my code to do the 2nd o as the 1st page it is 0-based indexing. a bug, not a feature.
and yep, they still do it (edit: if you disable infinite scroll)!
