Announcing Cohost's new default font: Modesto

For decades, chosters have had an intimate relationship with Atkinson Hyperlegible, but the Internet has changed. We have changed. It is time to commission a bold new font for the new era of posting, a new take on the beloved tradition of Swiss Grotesque typography that does not at all resemble any other slight variations on Helvetica named after a place in California. Modesto embodies professionalism, adaptability, and clarity, with subtle flourishes of expression, cool like the Fonz yet warm like the surface of an Intel MacBook.
