i'm not an expert myself so i can't say for sure this is comprehensive but this was recommended to me several years back and i found it fairly helpful! it goes into things about engraving like "how long should a stem be," not sure if that's too fine grained for your usecase http://www.behindbarsnotation.co.uk/
