i spent $15 in quarters and because of the amount of quarters that was i felt like i was living like a king and then i was like….. that was 15
I have come back to you as I left: a fool.

When I was a kid I didn't have an arcade in my town but I remember once while traveling we found an arcade doing a "pay a set amount, get free play for a couple hours" promotion on the weekend, my brother and I felt like we'd found heaven.
Yeah! There’s not a big arcade culture where I grew up and the first American arcade I went to I played Luigi’s mansion with Ali and she beat me so badly I did not know what happened
ahh! i really should look up arcades in the mtl area, i bet i could find a pinball machine that yells at me in french
Hell yeah arcades rule. There's one in the suburbs of Chicago called Galloping Ghost that is my absolute favorite. It has a ton and it's a "pay admission and all the games are on free play" deal which I really like bc it means I can just play without worrying about how many quarters I have left or whatever, it's worth the road trip imho
