Managed to bring a guest on the podcast this week in the middle of the show, something I haven't done before. It's one of those things that isn't actually all that difficult, but it's easy to mess it up and something I haven't really done with this particular workflow. High potential for a hot mic situation while you're getting set up or letting them go at the end of the segment, that sort of stuff. I think this sort of stuff will eventually live in its own interview-focused podcast, but I'm not quite ready to launch a second show.

Anyway, I talked with Mike Mika about his experience developing Atari 50 and a lot of other cool retro projects, it was super fun! Feeling pretty good about where things are at!

with regard to the 5000 photo limit in icloud shared photo albums, MrsNuclearMonster and I just switched to Shared Photo Libraries which kinda fixes the problem (no limit I'm aware of besides the icloud subscription storage of the person who sets up the library) https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT213248 but it is an iOS 16 / iPadOS 16.1 and macOS Ventura/etc feature only. We also use the family sharing thing so that icloud storage is shared between us but one person can buy more if we had to.
