If a live service game shuts down less than a year after it launched, you should be allowed to poach the name for yourself if you want to use it. Babylon's Fall is too cool of a name to be locked behind a bad Platinum looter-brawler that made the developers/publishers declare "Wait, never mind" and un-launch it before it even reached its first anniversary.
