Die Gute Fabrik shutting down and Supermassive Games laying off a bunch of folks for "consultation" in the same day is such a tragedy. Two wildly unique development studios forced into this, in the middle of one of the biggest layoffs in gaming history. We're not looking forward to whatever fresh horrors 2024 has in store for us over the rest of the year.
