taking time to appreciate the little things, like the fact that my new job means I no longer come back from 3 days vacation to an inbox with 800 emails like I used to (I had about 80, and about 50 of those were in one thread that my boss summed up for me like "hey, this is what that crazy thread was about, here's what we did to fix it, you can ignore it")

AND my performance review is today and I'm NOT so horribly stressed and panicked about it that I can barely function? wild
