I know it's basically cliche at this point how most people's 30s are so much better and more comfortable and more fun than their 20s, but it is almost laughable how much happier I am looking at turning 30 later this year than I was ten years ago looking at turning 20. 19-20 was a straight-up nightmare age and such a huge portion of my 20s was spent fixing or recovering from bad choices made around then. and now that's pretty much done and I am actively looking forward to the next few years of getting to enjoy it! the cliche is true so far! what the fuck!
