when glitch got acquired, i started using linkedin more regularly because it helped me get to know some of my new 1000+ coworkers. for better or worse, it's also probably the best place to share a cool work thing you did if you want your exec team to see it, as linkedin force-feeds coworker content to everyone in your company – remember this if you're considering becoming active there! anyway, ceo on a mission to end the burnout epidemic, ariana huffington, wrote a linkedin post a couple of months ago about how quiet quitting is bad and people should consider "joyful joining" lmao.

"quiet quitting" is up there with "elder millennial" in phrases i wish i came up with because the discourse and scrambling to contribute (but holding back from expressing that it hurts one's feelings as an older person or CEO) is SO funny to me. inject that right into my veins!! on the topic of tech people saying wild shit about things they'll seemingly never understand: yes, i'm still thinking about frances haugen saying she's a "follower of moore's law."

thank you for joyfully joining me on this post.
