in which I start my turn kicking the thoroughly dead horse that is Dark Souls video content. The desire to start this project came over me like a fever and despite my deeply pessimistic feelings about venturing into this space it demanded to be exorcised. This late in the game's release I still can't shake its hold on me and that seems like a good enough justification to attempt something like this. If nothing else I want this project to be a time capsule for myself - an appropriately unrequited love letter to my personal favorite game ever.
