The job listing was for a diet aide, they hired me because of my year of diet aide experience, being a diet aide (preparing food, measuring portions, paying attention to special dietary requirements) is part of my skill set.

SO WHY AM I DOING THE JOB OF A DISH WASHER?!

I'm not a dish washer, I'm not good at washing dishes, I don't like washing dishes.

They freaking tricked me. I don't even think they know that they tricked me.

Yesterday I didn't get one of my paid breaks. Today I stayed late, and when I clocked out the thing asked me if I took a 30 minute break (I didn't, also you're automatically clocked out for lunch break if you worked enough hours to have earned one and select yes in that dialog (I selected no, obviously)).

I've never had to deal with either of these problems and I don't know what to do other than keep trying to find another job while working there.
