List of games I think are cool

I mostly agree with the article, BUT

this basically says “those bitches had it coming”

Saying something like "those crimes you (were accused of) committing were really cool" doesn't imply that you think they deserved jail time. It means you think the "crime" shouldn't be illegal at all. Like, the whole trend is really disrespectful, but not for that reason.

Also

Even though article ends with

I am incredibly here to celebrate all the people who identify as witches now, and I think their spiritual and religious practices are very valid.

There's a tone throughout it that's very dismissive of pagan beliefs. Stuff like

This is not to say that some people accused of witch craft didn’t [...] think they were doing some witch ass shit. But that doesn’t mean they actually were doing it.

What were they doing then? if I believe in witchcraft, and practice what I believe to be witchcraft, is that not "witch ass [stuff]"? The implication seems to be that practitioners of witchcraft are delusional.

the ones who had something weird going on with them

I'd rather be called crazy than this, like, thing people do where they dance around the word in a false "respect for your beliefs".

Because you cannot in fact sell your soul to the devil and get the powers to take out people’s legs in return. This is a fact.

I'm not a satanist, but like, you don't know that, man. Have you tried?

I've done "impossible" things lately. I asked the sky to strike a building with lightning in a certain spot, and she did. It happened in the first storm after I asked. My feet were in so much pain that I had to limp around my apartment, and it was so bad that I nearly fell over. So I decided to heal myself with magic, and it WORKED IMMEDIATELY. I was suddenly able to walk normally again, and I kept doing it and the pain completely went away.

This is me publicly admitting to be a witch, btw

in reply to @jeroknite's post:

I don't do witchcraft, but I serve a weather goddess, and the number of Weird Things that have occurred after I happened to mention, in prayer, that I was really struggling with whatever was going on cannot possibly be a coincidence. We're talking lighting bolts from blue sky, walking through rain without getting wet, storms not starting until I've gotten from the beach to my car. Yes, individually each one could be a fluke, but after the 10th or 15th time, don't you have to look for some other explanation?

For somebody to say they respect my beliefs and then say I've "got something weird going on with me" feels disingenuous at best and outright offensive at best
