"Why do you hate us so much?" the demoness asked.
"How can you ask that?" retorted the knight. "You trick us, you hunt us, you tempt us to damnation!"
"How is that any different from the way you treat each other?!" demanded she. "Merchants sell needy families tainted goods, tyrants promise strength but march nations to oblivion, priests that vow guidance twist children's souls! You see our horns, you know our danger--how are we worse?!"
"... you just are." The knight said.
"Right," she muttered. "Because you say so."
