Strawberry crepes.
The strawberries at the store have been sub-standard all summer, which makes them not great for eating raw. But they're good enough for cooking, so I decided this would be a good use for them. I don't like whipped cream usually, but only because "usually" means the kind from a can. I made this whipped cream myself using the Don't Cry Mousse recipe, and swapped the choco for vanilla (mousse is basically just whipped cream lmao).
