figured out something wrt alcohol and the thing is, i think my favourite part of drinking beer is when you get head foam and liquid in the same sip. but the problem is, the window you have to experience that after pouring it is extremely short. it is frustratingly fleeting.
however i have a proposal.
at some boba shops there's a "salted cheese" gimmick where your drink has a thick layer of mild cheese foam (im a freak so i like this) enclosed with a lid with a sippy hole. to retain the balanced proportion of foam as you drink, you tilt it just so:
i don't need to explain any further. obviously beer head foam has chemical and physical differences from cheese foam, and maybe that would affect the efficacy of this method. but maybe the lid would also slow down the rate at which the foam oxidizes and flattens out?? im just asking questions.
