i couldn't get to sleep for hours bc the temperature in my room kept changing and then once i did i woke up twice, the second time because somebody set off a fucking car alarm below my window 😡
today is my closing-to-morning-shift turnaround and i also got up to pee three times? mods??
i luckily only woke up about 15 minutes before my alarm because there was an ambulance and a fire engine driving by, but the moment i woke up i was like "oh christ i feel worse than when i went to sleep"
god I hate this one
I'll go to bed chilly and wake up an hour later because I'm now sweating through my blanket

I got 4 hours of sleep sunday night and then still managed to stay up until nearly 2am Monday
