the handle limit used to be Much Longer than this, which is why there's a day one user whose handle was about 4k characters of the communist manifesto. it's now only 200 characters b/c it was long enough to cause Actual Issues and they were understanding enough to let us change it. see if you can find them!

as an unlicenced CSS pentester I consider the scrollbar to be a W
scrollbars are definitely a w but only because ive been in too many scenarios where people refuse to make scrollbars that work/are large or distinct enough to use
