oh hell yeah mkii is so fucking great, i gotta rewatch the bsg reboot now. also stargate but that seems more daunting.

also yes the BSG reboot is amazing, i've watched it like 5 times now and i get new stuff out of it every time. also stargate is a nightmare mess and so problematic and also i have seen SG1 ~3 times, SGA ~5 times, and SGU ~2 times and i am glad that i have and i have a deep yet complicated love for it. there's a lot to love, and a lot to :XXX please know (if you watch it) S1E4 "Emancipation" is not reflective of the rest of the show. there's a lot that's bad but not that bad.
iโm pretty sure every SG-1 rewatch has stalled out around ep 4 bc i start to doubt just how much nostalgia i have for the show, so this is actually a good reminder.
i Don't skip in TV shows and i tell everyone to literally just skip S01E04 of SG1

Out of curiosity, what are your feelings on the Starfuries from Babylon 5?
admittedly, babylon 5 is an embarrassing hole in my television scifi knowledge. that said, noooot huge on the 4-wing layout.
I appreciate most of the ships in The Expanse for this because they seem like they could actually exist (if a magical ever-accelerating fusion drive was invented)
