this is Milton! he is a polite and hardworking jerboa butler who takes his duties very seriously. since butlers are not really in high demand, he has a tendency to bounce from job to job. outwardly he does his best to project an air of poise and confidence... hence the nice suit. he might give off the vibe of being a stick in the mud on first meeting, especially if you encounter him while he's on the job.
once you get to know him more, it becomes clear that milton's just someone who cares a lot about making a good impression. truthfully he's not that serious at all, and enjoys cracking (often bad) jokes and teasing his friends. his job(s) can be a major source of stress at times, so being able to let loose and goof off helps him recharge his service batteries.
it annoys him when people assume he's a woman just because of his chest. boys can have boobs too, y'know. he's not ashamed of his chest in the slightest (clearly, if he has it out on display like that). it doesn't get in the way of his job after all, and it gives him a unique charm point that helps him stick out in peoples' memories.
