took about 2 weeks longer than I had hoped, but as of right now our support backlog is entirely gone. every ticket has been resolved in some way, shape, or form.

"So what now?"
Well, lots! Now that I am not being consumed by a swirling mega vortex, I'll have a lot more time to do everything else
You should expect our support response times to drastically decrease and you'll likely see me around the site and our forums a bit more frequently to help out! Behind the scenes projects will also definitely continue. I already have a few things lined up that will hopefully improve the experience for anyone writing in, make my life a lot easier, and shore us up as we scale. In addition, we're gonna get the ball rolling on the long discussed community guidelines update. This will surely go well :)
