They look for the presence of specific pregnancy related hormones at high enough concentrations to indicate pregnancy. I assume that omega men would still produce whatever omegaverse pregnancy hormones are going on, same as the women. Or they’d have specific ones for asab if the pregnancy hormones were different for omega males than females, I guess? Gods, why am I thinking about this so thoroughly
