it hasn't been officially localized in english for reasons that are incredibly obvious when you read it but the scanlation i read (the one on nyaa) was pretty good! if you speak languages other than english it might be localized in one of those (i know there's a european french translation that can be found in canada and most likely also france). anyway read billy bat.
