I regret to inform you they're gonna do one in each arm. It's in case you have an allergic reaction to one, so they can tell which.
I found that moving my arms around a bunch afterwards (to get the vax juice to circulate) made Arm Hurty more or less a non-problem, but I definitely did get Big Tired.
Rando here, but the bivalent put me on my ASS the day after and put my partner on their ass two days after, as data points. I hope you'll have time to recover, if needed!
