giving matrix a shot again since my understanding is that it has Improved Dramatically since last time and that seems to actually be true for once. bridging especially is waaaaaaay better than it was. i'm self-hosting and didn't have any real trouble setting it all up since the Official Method using a big bundle of ansible playbooks was actually pretty easy (for someone who knows how ansible works at least). neat!

I was looking into Matrix the other day and bounced off it because of all the different ways you can do things... Time to Google what Ansible is, haha~
