finally looking at the schedule for the vegas GP this weekend. why the fuck is a race IN THE UNITED STATES at 1am eastern time. why is qualifying at 3am. what the fuck is going on. this is so fucking stupid

My guess is Vegas looks infinitely better at night when the lights sell the illusion of being a place that should be habitable
A few reasons!
- You have to wait until about 1am for it to not be too damn hot.
- Europe is not allowed to have to watch the race at weird times, unless it's for an important foreign country like... Australia. (I don't get this one either)
- The darker it is, the less likely the camera will accidentally show a car park. We don't talk about the car parks.
- Nothing in F1 makes logical sense!
