well spotted! tl;dr is that some guy sued SomethingAwful earlier this year because he kept getting banned for bad posts and this was part of the complaint. personally i just think the phrasing is hilarious
what if there was a funny button that enabled "classic mode" and it put the menu back at the top of the page but as a funny lil goof
