personal post!

my situation today is that i feel like i got at most three hours of sleep even though, on paper, i got at least 7. i’m so exhausted i feel completely detached from my body. this is extra bullshit b/c i slept great friday and saturday nights, even tho i woke up early on saturday! you hate to see it folks

i am somehow still writing code tho and hoping i don’t write More Bugs Than Normal due to very tired

I feel the need to say here, that not only quantity of sleep matters. There are several factors reducing quality of sleep to the point that you feel as if you were sleeping for less than you did.

Try your best to have an hour of time off before sleep, not jumping straight from the desk to bed - that's the one that ruined my sleep when working to late night hours. Do your stretches. And if it does not help, consult a specialist. Take care 💖
