this is an objectively good thing b/c it means i will stop eating out as much and will thus save money and not necessarily eat "healthier" b/c there is nothing healthy abt what i cook but at least i will have a better sense of what's in my food. so that's good.
Honestly when I was doing this reliably what I discovered was that even my cooking (which is like 20% butter by mass) is somehow still healthier than the mediocre restaurant food. I dunno what they're doing over there but it isn't great.
