i lived in minnesota for years and i THRIVED. boston winter should be worried about me.
the last few years it's been like three days of snow and three months of mud anyway
I definitely getz more snow than Minnesota ever did, but it doesn't get quite as cold, so it balances out to equally not great
I don't get out there as often as I'd like, but my older sister has lived there for 20 years, so it's a city I appreciate a lot
this reminds me of how, when i was prepping to move to seattle, folks were like "aren't you worried about the traffic?" and my response was "i'm from long island????? we INVENTED traffic"
also folks being like "isn't driving in the rain scary" and i'm just like "i had to drive around during superstorm sandy, anything else is a light drizzle"
