finally got around to reflashing my sensor watch board so i could get the One True timekeeping metric on it.
building and flashing was easy, but i was putting it off b/c i didn't want to have to take the watch apart again (i had a hell of a time getting the retaining clip back on last time) but it was easy once i actually did it! i will learn nothing from this experience.
they're doing a new batch soonish with a different board design, strongly recommend waiting until that's out
Oh thanks, I just found the blog post about that. Looks like the "lite" board is what I want. I just want to add sunset/sunrise, moonset/moonrise, and tides to it -- the other sensor stuff is really really cool but I know I'll never get around to actually using that capability.

Hey, J. Cool nerd time thing. Huge nerd myself, so mad respects. But, umm... question: Why do have to choose between the local standard timekeeping and dotbeat timekeeping? Couldn't we have them side-by-side?
